In one year, increase student perception of belonging and safety by 20% as measured by surveys administered at the end of the academic year.

Student Goal: Student attendance will increase by 2% while major behavioral referral decrease by 2% a year over the next five years as measured by the student attendance rate and referral data.
Student Academic Growth Goal: RCAS students will increase the amount of students who make growth projections as measured by NWEA and Acadience by 2% for grades K-8. |
